The house is a 2-story building with traditional planning, living on the ground floor and sleeping upstairs. Both floors have clear and simple zone build planning. The hall, kitchen and workroom are divided from the living zone by the utility zone. In the utility-zone are the utility room, storage, stairs and fireplace. The zone is broken by for passageways from the living to the other spaces. On the first floor are the four identical children's bedrooms on one side of the (utility) zone, while on the other side the parents bedroom and roof terrace are situated. The parent's bedroom has a bathroom 'en suite' while the children have a separate bathroom. Bathrooms, technical room and toilet are in the zone.

To keep the house clear, we introduced uniform walls of cupboards an closets. These are extended into the kitchen, but also in the bedrooms. We where able to create our 'concept' kitchen in this project, this time with a stainless steel worktop. The kitchen and all of the ground floor woodwork was made by peter vocking.
